High Dynamic Range, also known as HDR, is a technique to achieve a picture with outstanding quality in the highlights, shadows, and mid-tones. I took many exposures of the same location, making sure to keep a steady hand. Later in Photoshop, I merged all five exposures. I tone mapped the photo to adjust the shadows and adjust the quality of the picture. I adjusted the levels of the mountain side separate from the ocean and sky.
