Motion

     To achieve a photo that appears to be in motion, you must change the technical aspects. You have to adjust your camera to a slower shutter speed so more light can be captured. By doing this, you must also change the ISO and aperture to balance out the effects  This is so you will not have a blown out or underexposed photo.

A fast shutter speed freezes any motion, producing a still photo.

A slow shutter speed produces a blurred section, revealing that motion was present, emphasizing it.
